Kamala Harris Becomes First Black Woman To Be Elected As Vice President


    Naturally, Joe Biden and Donald Trump and all the drama that surrounded the Presidential election will make the vast majority of headlines. But one thing a lot of the media aren’t talking about is the history that has been made my Joe Biden’s running mate Kamala Harris.

    Kamala Harris has become the first black woman to ever be elected as Vice President of the United States of America.

    However, Harris was humble when celebrating victory.

    ‘This election is about so much more than Joe Biden or me. It’s about the soul of America and our willingness to fight for it.

    Harris is also the highest-ranking woman ever elected in American government, which will be hugely influential to young women all over the world.

    Upon hearing the news, Harris gave the new President-elect, Joe Biden, a phone call.
